BizConsult: consultations for entrepreneurs

More details: Thanks to the BizConsult project, over 50 experts will provide consulting support to small and medium-sized businesses and potential entrepreneurs to improve their business skills. The project includes consulting packages: for registered entrepreneurs – up to 20 hours of consultations; for those starting a business but without individual entrepreneur registration yet – up to 10 hours of consulting.
The main goal of the BizConsult project: to increase the economic activity of the population, particularly vulnerable groups of citizens, through enhancing their qualifications, practice, and consulting.
PPV’s role: 6 experts from the Economic Development Agency PPV provide consultations on:

searching for and selecting grant programs for businesses;

conducting business planning, operational and financial management, policies and strategies of corporate social responsibility;

developing business strategy, building the company's business model;

defining the unique value proposition of the company's products;

managing finances and taxation, accounting;
-
developing a communication strategy, planning and implementing PR campaigns;
-
operationalizing strategy and legal issues.

The BizConsult initiative is implemented by the Network of Business Information Support Centers within the project "Promoting the Economic Participation of Vulnerable Population Groups, Including Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine," carried out by the German federal agency Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German government.
