UCHF: Summary of the Expert Stakeholder Workshop (Florence, 2025)
Establishment of the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Fund (UCHF) is a response to urgent and strategic needs of Ukraine’s cultural heritage sector. On June 20, an expert stakeholder workshop on the establishment of the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Fund (UCHF) took place in Florence. The event brought together over 60 professionals from across the EU, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, as well as representatives of the European Commission from Ukraine. Based on the outcomes of the workshop, experts from PPV prepared a brief report with recommendations for the future Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Fund.

Analytical Materials RES-POL: Creative Industries Sector
Creative industries are one of the four sectors of the RES-POL project – Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine. The sector’s key expert, Halya Shyyan, along with experts from the subsectors, researched the state of the creative industries in Ukraine, working with focus groups, surveys, and public discussions within the sector. The materials developed have become the basis for preparing analytical briefs on material issues within sub-sectors in the subsectors and the basic report on the sector.

Cultural heritage is one of the 4 sectors of the RES-POL project — Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine. Olga Sahaidak, the key expert for the cultural heritage sector, together with experts from the subsectors, conducted an in-depth study of the cultural heritage sector in Ukraine and prepared analytical briefs on material issues in the subsectors and baseline report on the state of the sector.

Analytical Materials RES-POL: Arts and Culture Sector
Arts and culture sector is 1 of the 4 sectors of the RES-POL project — Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine. The key experts in the sector, Alona Karava, Olia Diatel, and Iryna Chuzhynova, explored the state of the culture and arts sector in Ukraine through focus groups and surveys within the art community. The materials they developed formed the basis for analytical briefs on material issues in sub-sectors and a baseline report on the state of the sector.

The comprehensive reform of the network of cultural institutions covers key areas of development in the public cultural sector in Ukraine and includes three components: operational reform, reform of the funding system, and institutional reform. The policy was developed within the framework of the RES-POL project — Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine.

Media are one of the four sectors of the RES-POL project – Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine. The team of the sector conducted a series of in-depth interviews and surveys and worked with focus groups within the sector to identify material issues and root problems hindering its development. The findings became the basis for the preparation of analytical materials.

Cross-sectoral material issues of policy — 5 out of 10 material issues of cultural development within the RES-POL project — Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine. The project’s experts conducted a series of in-depth interviews with industry representatives, surveys, focus groups, open and closed discussions, as well as sociological research to ensure the maximum involvement of stakeholders in preparing analytical materials.

RES-POL: Presentation of project products in the sectors: cultural heritage, culture and arts, creative industries
On December 20, a presentation of the RES-POL project products took place in Kyiv, during which the project's experts presented interim results in three sectors: cultural heritage, culture and arts, and creative industries. The event was organized and conducted by the RES-POL project experts in collaboration with the Coalition of Cultural Actors and representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.

Funding Opportunities for Water Treatment and Wastewater Projects 2024
This analytical report outlines a range of funding opportunities for municipal initiatives in the water treatment and wastewater sector in Ukraine through international programs provided by the EIB, EBRD, IFC, and NEFCO. The research aims to help improve the environmental situation and enhance the efficiency of water treatment systems in Ukraine. Diagnosis of the Innovation Ecosystem of Ivano-Frankivsk, 2024-2025
PPV experts analyzed the innovation ecosystem of Ivano-Frankivsk to understand the city’s strengths and opportunities, the importance of each stage in the development of innovations, and the role of different ecosystem participants. The study revealed that new approaches to the development of human capital, knowledge, and infrastructure are necessary to create an effective system.

Platform of Innovations in Ivano-Frankivsk – Recommendations for the Development of the Innovation Ecosystem in Ivano-Frankivsk, 2024
PPV experts have prepared a list of recommendations based on the results of three innovation management seminars held in Ivano-Frankivsk in November and December 2023. Over 30 representatives from universities, business development organizations, local government authorities, and business owners and managers participated in the discussions. The analytics describes the challenges of the city’s innovation system, the Platform of Innovation in Ivano-Frankivsk, and the development of intersectoral cooperation.
